Olivia Cartwright

Olivia joined Morris as a law clerk in 2021. Olivia assists with the preparation of advice and proceedings relating to care of children, relationship property, elder law and estate administration issues. Olivia has experience in legal research and management of client files and provides general litigation support to the team.

Olivia completed her honours degree with a dissertation on the proposed changes to surrogacy laws in New Zealand. Olivia studied a range of papers at university, focusing on private law, relationship and personal property, civil procedure, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
