Lauren Milne is a senior associate at Morris. Lauren graduated in 2002 with a BA/LLB from the University of Auckland.
Lauren began her career at Russell McVeagh before moving to the specialist litigation firm LeeSalmonLong, where she was a senior associate. Most recently, Lauren was a senior associate at MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
Lauren has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation matters including contractual breaches, company and shareholder disputes, construction claims regarding both residential and commercial property, lease disputes, debt recovery and insolvency proceedings, negligence and restraint of trade claims. Lauren has appeared regularly in the District Court and High Court and represented clients in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Lauren now specialises in complex trust, estate and relationship property disputes.
Lauren’s experience in both advocacy and commercial litigation lends itself well to high net worth private client matters and trust, estate and relationship property disputes.
