Emma is a graduate at Morris. Emma completed her BA/LLB conjoint degree at the University of Otago in 2024.
Emma joined Morris as a law clerk in 2022. Emma assists the team with advice regarding relationship property, trust, estate and care of children matters and provides general litigation support. Emma has experience in legal research and management of client files.
At university, Emma studied a variety of papers including family law, property, contract law and evidence.
