
Morris is delighted to welcome senior associate Courtney Rutledge to the firm.
Courtney has significant experience in trust, estate and relationship property disputes. She has appeared as both lead and junior counsel in the Family Court and High Court. Courtney deals with a wide range of private client issues, including claims involving probate, testamentary capacity, undue influence, the Family Protection Act 1955 and the division of relationship property.
Courtney began her career as a junior barrister at Ākarana Chambers. Most recently, she was an associate at Meredith Connell. Courtney graduated from the University of Auckland with both a law degree and a bachelor of commerce, majoring in accounting and finance. She utilises this expertise when dealing with complex financial matters.
